And things are starting to get moving in New Guinea!! But first....lets go to the beginning.
When theres no tribes at the start of a game....you can talk to everyone....make deals with anyone....but you never really know where things are going to end up. I did this....and I found a few people who I really wanted to have on my tribe. Me and Ben hit it off right away. This is a guy I know I can work well with in this game. So I badly wanted to be sitting on the same tribe as him. Parvati as well....she is a fun chic to talk to...and she agreed basically right away that we could work well together. There was also Steph, Judd, Greg.....so I thought to myself....I may as well try and be the capatin.
So I mentioned to a few people that I wouldnt mind being captain. And obvioisly gossip spreads like wildfire in these games....so now I am the guy who is campaigning hard to be captain....along with Steph. I even had a bunch of ppl telling me they were going to vote me. Going into that vote.....I was pretty damn sure I was going to be captain. But....in this game we all love.....never EVER believe that you know what is going on.
Steph and Jessica end up being captains....and now I am nervous. I was ready to pick the best possible tribe for me. So I simply had to wait and see what those two decided.....
Well Screw being captain!!!! I pretty much got everyone I wanted....minus Greg. I'm with Ben, Steph, Parvati and Judd.....and I know there is some way that us 5 can team up and do some damage in this game.
I talked to Ben....and it was kind of an unspoken thing that me and him would be working together in this game. But we needed more people. Steph and Judd were his first picks....and I figured that Parvati would be good to have around. So he went to talk to Steph.....and I went and talked to Judd. And just like that.....we are all now in a chat room talking about our alliance. Some may say getting this deep into an alliance this early on is a bad thing.....but you always want numbers on your side. And I wasnt about to wait around and let a different majority form with me sitting on the sidelines.
And onto the challenge.....and what a challenge it was. I knew I was going to be a bit late so I picked the job of a builder.....and man did I plan it perfectlly. Literally got to my computer JUST in time. Hope this doesnt bite me in the ass.......
But we pretty much rocked that challenge like I knew we would. Twila was gone....but we were able to figure it out without her help. And it doesnt really bug me at all....we won....she did shit......so when we do end up at Tribal......guess who is going home???
This game is off to a great start. I'm on the tribe I wanted....I'm alligned with the people I wanted.....and it looks like we could just possibly be a force in the challenge department.
Things are gon' get exciting in New Guinea!!!!
